Personal Experience
David A. Wolf, an “A.V.-Preeminent”-rated attorney, joined the firm in 1998. With broad experience in the areas of personal injury, car accidents, trucking accidents, bicycle and motorcycle accidents, pedestrian accidents, child injury, medical malpractice, and nursing home abuse.
Mr. Wolf gives his time and effort to injury victims and their families. Mr. Wolf is a former contract attorney with the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services, So, he knows the hardships faced by individuals and families.
In 2008, Mr. Wolf was promoted to a named partner of the firm and continues his work in these practice areas.

Community Involvement
In addition, Mr. Wolf serves as the editor of the Florida Child Injury Lawyer Blog and the editor of the Child Injury Lawyer Blog. These blogs contain over 3,500 articles on child injury and child safety issues.

Mr. Wolf previously served as Secretary and Treasurer for the Jacksonville JCA during the past 5 years. He was awarded the Esther Leah Ritz Leadership Award in 2014 at the Biennial Convention held in San Diego.
Mr. Wolf is also active with the Florida Elite Soccer Academy. He serves as a Special Advisor. The Florida Elite Soccer Academy is the largest youth soccer program in Florida.
He previously served on the Board of Directors as the Secretary for Creeks Athletic Association – Soccer for 4 years. He also coached at the Recreation level and the Academy level there.

Wood, Atter & Wolf, P.A. and David Wolf sponsored the Twisters 3 v. 3 and 5 v. 5 Soccer Teams and Team Caution 3 v. 3 and 5 v. 5 Soccer Teams. The Twisters Boys team and the Twisters Girls team participate in and have won tournaments in Florida and Georgia. They competed at the 3 v. 3 National Championship at the ESPN (Disney) Wide World of Sports in Orlando.
Wood, Atter & Wolf – Team Caution won the Jacksonville 5 v. 5 Coerver Cup (See Community Service – Youth Soccer – David A. Wolf.) In addition to his work as Special Advisor for the Florida Elite Soccer Academy, Mr. Wolf served as a youth soccer referee and a club volunteer.
In 2013, Mr. Wolf founded the Good Deed Brigade. The mission of the Good Deed Brigade is to promote the actions and kindness of people making a difference in the community. By completing this mission, the Good Deed Brigade hopes to encourage others to do their part to make the community a better place. In 2016, Mr. Wolf was one of the keynote speakers for the Be the Best You Event which helps high school students develop the skills and courage to live life well and be the best version of themselves. Mr. Wolf presented on the topics of underage drinking, DUI (Driving Under the Influence), Parental Liability and Responsibility (Negligent Driving), and House Parties (Liability). David Wolf is an advocate for education, community service, the safety of infants, toddlers, children, teens, adults, and seniors.
